Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than $2.0 billion in sales, debt, and equity transactions, representing a wide range of clients including foreign and domestic corporations, financial institutions, and private real estate investors.
As the founder of Capital RE Advisors, Inc., Mr. Jimenez built CREA with a clear vision: to deliver highly specialized, results-driven real estate solutions backed by deep market knowledge and financial expertise. His experience spans complex deal structuring, underwriting, capital markets, and advisory services, allowing CREA to provide clients with a strategic advantage in every transaction.
Mr. Jimenez holds a Finance degree with honors from the USC Marshall School of Business, a foundation that continues to influence CREA’s analytical and disciplined approach to real estate. Prior to founding CREA and the Capital Companies, he served as a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the most respected global real estate firms, where he was directly involved in high-profile transactions and institutional-level advisory work.
